Case Details

MixMix Bite & Sip started in 2024 with a small stall, a few handcrafted recipes and a vision to create a welcoming place where people could connect over food and drinks.

As the Canadian brand grew, its menu expanded beyond beverages, creating new packaging needs for fried chicken, noodles, cookies and takeaway orders. The business also began developing a more recognizable brand identity, with plans to explore franchising.

What began as a request for customized plastic cups gradually developed into a wider packaging partnership. AT PACK helped MixMix bring together beverage cups, food packaging, takeaway supplies and branded staff apparel, making it easier to maintain consistent quality and branding as the business evolved.

Challenges

PET cup and Oiled paper bag

Growing a Food & Beverage Brand Without the Complexity of Multiple Suppliers

When MixMix Bite & Sip first approached AT PACK in March 2025, the customer was looking for customized plastic cups.

At that stage, the business was still developing its product range and brand presentation. The owner had a clear vision for the customer experience but needed professional guidance to turn packaging ideas into practical, production-ready products.

With limited experience in packaging specifications, material selection and printing requirements, choosing the right products was not always straightforward. The customer also needed solutions quickly, leaving little room for repeated mistakes or lengthy supplier discussions.

As MixMix expanded its menu, the packaging requirements became increasingly diverse.

Cold drinks needed suitable plastic cups, while hot beverages required paper cups. Fried chicken, noodles, cookies and other takeaway foods needed different packaging structures, materials and sizes. Branded aprons and polo shirts introduced another category with its own customization requirements.

Each new product could have meant finding another manufacturer, comparing prices, confirming artwork, checking print quality and arranging separate shipments.

For a growing food and beverage business, that would take valuable time away from developing products, serving customers and managing daily operations.

The challenge was not simply finding a supplier that could produce packaging.

MixMix needed a reliable partner who could understand its ideas, recommend suitable products and maintain consistent quality across an expanding product range.

Solution

PET cup and paper box and Oiled paper

From One Customized Cup to a Complete Packaging Range

AT PACK began by helping MixMix select suitable plastic cups, using previous project experience and product recommendations to guide the customer's decisions.

Rather than expecting the customer to understand every packaging specification, our team helped translate practical business needs into suitable product options.

During the early stages of cooperation, AT PACK also supported the development of MixMix's first branded packaging design, helping the business move beyond a simple logo toward a more recognizable visual identity.

As the menu and business developed, our support expanded naturally.

The original plastic cup order was followed by customized paper cups, cup carriers, cookie boxes, noodle boxes, greaseproof paper and greaseproof bags. The cooperation also extended to branded aprons and polo shirts, bringing packaging and staff presentation into a more coordinated brand experience.

Order quantities varied according to product needs, including approximately 5,000–15,000 cups and an order of 20,000 greaseproof bags.

This approach allowed MixMix to source different products according to actual business requirements instead of having to purchase every packaging category at once.

Flexible Customization With Consistent Quality

For a growing business, packaging requirements rarely stay the same.

New menu items introduce new sizes and materials. Brand designs evolve. Purchasing quantities change as sales increase.

AT PACK supported MixMix through these changes by providing customized product recommendations and coordinating new packaging requirements as they appeared.

Our broad product range made it possible to source beverage packaging, food packaging, takeaway supplies and branded apparel through one supplier relationship.

Just as importantly, our team focused on the details that matter when customized packaging reaches customers: printing precision, color consistency, material durability and practical product suitability.

These details helped MixMix develop a more professional and recognizable presentation across different products.

AT PACK also understands that growing businesses need flexibility. Instead of requiring customers to build an entire packaging system in one order, we help them explore suitable order quantities and add new categories as their business develops, subject to each product's production requirements.

This gave MixMix a practical way to expand its packaging range without repeatedly starting the sourcing process from the beginning.

One Supplier, Less Coordination, More Time for Business

As the cooperation expanded, AT PACK became more than a manufacturer of individual packaging products.

Our team helped coordinate product selection, artwork requirements, customization details, production and shipping across multiple categories.

For MixMix, this reduced the need to communicate with different factories about designs, printing, materials, quality and delivery arrangements.

Instead of spending time explaining the same brand requirements to several suppliers, the customer could work with one team familiar with the business and its previous orders.

When new products were needed, AT PACK could build on that existing understanding and help find suitable solutions.

The customer could focus more attention on developing the menu, improving the customer experience and growing the business.

Different products. Consistent quality. One convenient sourcing partner.

Three Repeat Orders and a Partnership That Continues to Grow

Since beginning its cooperation with AT PACK in March 2025, MixMix Bite & Sip has placed three repeat orders, introducing additional product categories with each new purchase.

What started with plastic cups has grown into a customized packaging range covering hot and cold drinks, takeaway food, bakery products and branded staff apparel.

The business has also continued developing its brand presentation, moving from a simple initial logo toward a more distinctive packaging identity.

With plans to explore franchising, MixMix is building a foundation for future growth, supported by a supplier already familiar with its product range and customization requirements.

Most importantly, the customer's own feedback demonstrates the value of the partnership.
