New Coffee Shop Launch | Multi-Category Customization | Flexible Order Quantities | One-Stop Café Supplies
Misk & Mocha was preparing to open its first coffee shop in the United States, bringing its brand concept, "Coffee • Community • Culture," into a physical café experience. From takeaway drinks to in-store service, the owner needed a variety of products that could reflect the same brand identity.
However, opening a new café also meant balancing limited startup capital, customized packaging requirements and international shipping costs.
What began with paper cups and cup sleeves soon expanded into a complete sourcing project covering paper packaging, plastic cups, food containers, glassware, ceramics, wooden trays and retail coffee bags.
Rather than purchasing each category from a different supplier, Misk & Mocha worked with AT PACK to coordinate these products through one streamlined purchasing process.
For Misk & Mocha, opening a new café meant preparing everything customers would see and use, from their first takeaway coffee to the cups and trays used for in-store service.
The owner wanted a consistent brand presentation, featuring a refined beige, black and gold visual identity. Yet bringing that design across different products was more complicated than simply printing the same logo.
Paper cups, plastic cups, paper bags, food boxes, glassware and ceramic products all require different materials, manufacturing processes and customization methods. Each category also comes with its own minimum order quantities, production schedules and shipping considerations.
For a newly established coffee shop, ordering large quantities of every item would create unnecessary inventory pressure. Purchasing smaller quantities from multiple suppliers, on the other hand, could increase communication, purchasing and transportation costs.
Time added another layer of complexity.
The customer's original opening plan was for November, but the schedule later shifted to early December. With customized products requiring production time and international delivery, waiting for every item to be completed and shipped together could affect the store's opening preparations.
Air freight offered faster delivery, but the customer was concerned about the additional cost of transporting the entire order by air.
Misk & Mocha therefore faced three connected challenges: sourcing a complete range of café products, keeping customization affordable for a new business, and getting essential supplies ready without overspending on shipping.
The customer needed more than a collection of manufacturers.
They needed one supplier capable of bringing products, branding, quantities and delivery planning together.
AT PACK approached the project as a complete coffee shop opening requirement rather than a series of unrelated product inquiries.
Starting with essential items such as hot drink cups and cup sleeves, our team gradually expanded the product range around the customer's actual café operations.
For takeaway service, the selection included customized paper cups, cold drink plastic cups, cup lids, cup carriers, paper bags, napkins and food packaging. For in-store use, AT PACK helped source glassware, ceramic products and wooden serving trays.
When the customer later introduced plans to sell packaged coffee, we also added 1,000 customized 12oz coffee bags, extending the project from daily café supplies into retail coffee packaging.
This is where AT PACK's one-stop service made a practical difference.
Instead of asking the customer to find separate manufacturers for paper, plastic, glass, ceramic and flexible packaging, our team helped organize the requirements into one coordinated purchasing project.
A new coffee shop does not always need thousands of every product immediately.
AT PACK understands that different products serve different purposes and are consumed at different rates. Rather than applying one purchasing approach to every category, we worked with the customer to review quantities and product combinations according to the store's opening needs.
Our flexible customization approach helps emerging coffee businesses explore practical order quantities while maintaining the professional appearance expected from branded packaging.
The goal was to help Misk & Mocha create a complete, high-quality brand presentation without committing unnecessary capital to oversized inventories.
Brand consistency was equally important.
AT PACK coordinated the application of the Misk & Mocha identity across different packaging categories. When the customer did not have a production-ready AI-format logo file, our team continued supporting the artwork confirmation process.
Beyond appearance, we considered the suitability of different products for everyday café operations, including their intended use, material requirements and customization methods.
For the customer, this meant receiving support with product selection and technical details instead of having to resolve every manufacturing question independently.
As the project developed, international shipping became one of the customer's biggest concerns.
Shipping every product by air would have increased costs considerably, while relying entirely on slower transportation could have created pressure on the opening schedule.
AT PACK therefore reviewed the customer's priorities, identifying which products were most important for opening and which could potentially follow through a more economical shipping method.
Our team compared air freight and faster ocean shipping options, adjusting the proposed logistics plan as the opening date changed.
Rather than treating transportation as a fixed arrangement, we worked to balance delivery urgency with the customer's overall budget.
Throughout the project, AT PACK coordinated product requirements, quotation revisions, artwork confirmation, quantity planning and logistics discussions through one point of contact.
One supplier. Multiple product categories. One coordinated purchasing process.
This allowed the customer to spend less time searching for suppliers, comparing separate quotations and managing different production requirements — and more time preparing the new coffee shop.
What began with a request for paper cups and cup sleeves developed into a broader café supply project valued at approximately US$17,830.
The planned product range covered daily takeaway packaging, in-store drinkware, serving accessories and retail coffee bags, demonstrating how one sourcing relationship could support multiple areas of a new coffee business.
Through AT PACK, Misk & Mocha was able to bring different product requirements into one purchasing plan while working toward a consistent brand identity across its customer-facing supplies.
The project also established a more flexible approach to purchasing and delivery. Instead of treating every product as equally urgent, the customer and AT PACK reviewed quantities, transportation options and opening priorities together.
For a new café owner, the value went beyond product availability.
It meant fewer suppliers to contact, less time spent coordinating quotations and specifications, and a more manageable process for building a complete collection of branded café supplies.
As the brand develops, the same sourcing model can support additional packaging needs, retail products and future replenishment orders without requiring the customer to rebuild its supplier network for every new product.
For AT PACK, One-Stop Coffee Packaging & Café Supplies Solution is not simply about offering a large product catalog.
It is about helping coffee businesses access the products they need, with flexible customization, dependable quality expectations and coordinated sourcing — all through one experienced partner.
More product choices. Fewer sourcing headaches. More time to focus on growing the coffee business.
AT PACK makes customized coffee packaging and café supplies simpler, more convenient and easier to manage.
