A bigger store meant more than additional space. It introduced more customer touchpoints — takeaway coffee, empanadas, pastries, cakes, dine-in service and branded activities connected to its Argentinian culture.
At that stage, the customer no longer needed just a few products printed with a logo.
They needed a complete packaging and café supply system that could support the new store, present a consistent brand identity and grow with the business.
What began with paper cups, PET cups and several food packaging items soon developed into a one-stop supply project covering dozens of customized products.
As the project expanded, so did the complexity.
Paper cups and PET cups needed to follow the same visual identity. Food packaging also had to remain consistent. The project then expanded to include empanada boxes, pastry boxes, cake boxes, coffee bags, napkins, greaseproof paper, ceramic cups, wooden trays, staff uniforms, tote bags and World Cup-themed branded merchandise.
All of these products represented the same Argentina Bakery brand, but they were produced from very different materials and through different manufacturing processes.
Paper, PET plastic, flexible packaging, ceramic, textile and wood each required different artwork specifications, printing methods and production schedules.
If every category had been sourced separately, the customer would have needed to manage dozens of products, multiple suppliers, artwork files, color requirements, production timelines, quality standards and international shipments.
For a team already focused on preparing a new store, that would have created significant additional work.
The real challenge was no longer simply:
“Where can we source all these products?”
It was:
How can all these different products still deliver one consistent Argentina Bakery brand experience?

AT PACK did not treat the project as dozens of unrelated orders.
We managed it as one integrated new-store supply program.
For each product and material, our team coordinated logo size, print position, colors, dielines and final production artwork so that Argentina Bakery's refreshed visual identity could be applied consistently across paper cups, PET cups, food boxes, coffee bags, ceramics, apparel and other branded items.
For the Empanada Boxes, Pastry Boxes and Cake Boxes, we also looked beyond appearance.
We considered what each package would actually hold, including food size, weight, grease resistance, structural strength and daily handling by store staff. Materials and packaging structures were adjusted where necessary to make sure the final packaging was not only visually consistent, but also practical for real store operations.
As the project progressed, the customer's store schedule and artwork went through several adjustments.
When the original delivery plan no longer fully matched the opening timeline, we reorganized priorities. Urgent products were separated from the main order and shipped by air, while larger-volume items continued by sea.
From artwork adaptation and packaging development to production, quality control, consolidation and international shipping, the customer was able to coordinate the entire project through one team.
Our role was not simply to make the products.
It was to keep an increasingly complex project organized, manageable and moving forward until everything was successfully delivered.
What began as a small packaging order eventually became a complete new-store supply project, with the main sea shipment reaching 1 × 40HQ.
Argentina Bakery's refreshed identity moved beyond design files and into the real customer experience.
It appeared on cups, food boxes, coffee bags, napkins, ceramics, staff uniforms and branded merchandise.
Instead of seeing individual products sourced from different suppliers, customers entering the new store could experience one more consistent and recognizable Argentina Bakery brand.
For the client, the value went far beyond receiving dozens of customized products.
They reduced the complexity of managing multiple suppliers, centralized purchasing, production and logistics, and created a more consistent brand presence across different areas of the business.
After the main shipment was delivered and the upgraded store began operating, Argentina Bakery started discussing replenishment and future orders with AT PACK.
